How to use these phrases

先…再… (xiān…zài…) orders two planned actions: 我们先复习，再去公园 means 'We will revise first, then go to the park.' Put 先 before the first action and 再 before the next one. The second 再 has the same pronunciation as 在 but a different character and job: 再 sequences or repeats an action; 在 can locate something. 因为 (yīnwèi) introduces a reason. 为什么先复习？ asks 'Why revise first?' 因为星期一有考试 answers 'Because there is an exam on Monday.' In this short reply, the reason alone is enough. This final lesson combines plans with the campus language you already practised. Read the dialogue, then make a two-step Saturday plan. Ask a partner what they are doing now, borrow a book, and choose a quiet study place before discussing the plan. For a self-check, say one sentence with 在, one with 可以, one with 没有 and one with 先…再….
